Delivery Coverage

VelaCarry offers free shipping to all cities and towns across Pakistan. There are no hidden charges or minimum order requirements for delivery.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery times are 3-5 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Remote or mountainous areas may take 5-7 business days. You will receive tracking information with your order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery

All orders are shipped via Cash on Delivery (COD). This means you don’t pay in advance—you can inspect the handbag when it arrives and pay the courier directly. If you’re not satisfied, you have the option to refuse the order (terms apply).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your delivery status with our courier partner in real-time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your handbag arrives damaged or the package is lost, please contact us immediately with photos and documentation. We will work with the courier and replace or refund your order.
