Quality Assurance

Every VelaCarry handbag is hand-curated and verified for quality and authenticity. If you have any concerns about the product’s condition, authenticity, or quality within 7 days of delivery, please reach out.

Inspection at Delivery

With Cash on Delivery, you can inspect your handbag before payment. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or appears damaged, you can refuse the order. Our courier will note this, and we’ll investigate the issue.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange your handbag for a different product, contact us within 7 days with photos of the original item. We’ll arrange pickup and send your replacement. Exchanges for different colors, styles, or sizes are subject to availability.

Quality Issues

If there’s a defect in craftsmanship, hardware, or leather quality, we stand behind our products. Please provide photos and a description, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Timeline

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we may not be able to process exchanges or returns.
